Stain Wipes, Tissues & Hand Wipes

First on our list of must haves– stain wipes. Throughout the day, you’ll be drinking, eating and running around in your dress. It’s likely to fall victim to a spill at some point. Be prepared to have a way to make it less noticeable.  Next up we have tissues, for all the happy tears & makeup malfunctions. Hand wipes are always great to have around. If there are little ones running around, these will most likely get used on your big day!

Sewing Kit, Chap-Stick, Hair Ties / Bobby-Pins

The sewing kit might just turn out to be your biggest ally on your big day. you can never predict when a dress might snap or rip. A mini sewing kit makes it super easy to do a repair wherever you may be! Bobby pins and hair ties. Touch ups are inevitable. If it’s windy or humid, maybe your ring gets caught, you’ll be glad to have these in your back pocket.  You can never have too many on hand, make sure every strand of hair is in place and the veil stays where it’s supposed to!

Band-Aids, Manicure Set & Sticky Straps

Band-aids just may be our favorite emergency kit item, whether it’s for small injuries or shoe blisters, these can be a huge life saver for any unforeseen mishaps! Next up we have our manicure set, great for snags or hangnails. This set is one of my favorites because it can be used after the big day, it’s the perfect size to toss in a purse or backpack! Last but certainly not least, sticky straps. These are especially helpful for our strapless brides. You don’t need to spend your day constantly pulling your dress up. Add some sticky straps so everything stays in place and enjoy your day!

The months of planning your wedding can be stressful enough without having to worry about things that might not go your way. That’s why emergency kits are such a good idea! Don’t sweat the small stuff! Try not to worry about things beyond your control, but it’s never a bad idea to be extra prepared!
