Preservation refers to the special cleaning and packaging techniques used to ensure your gown retains its beauty. A professional preservationist will survey your gown, the materials, embellishments and various stains and will formulate a specialized cleaning procedure.
What Does the Process Look Like? Is There a Guarantee?
First, drop your gown and accessories off to us. We ship it to the professionals who fully inspect the gown, treat all the stains and clean the gown and accessories. Then your gown is boxed in a beautiful white box and shipped directly to your door! There is a 100 year guarantee against caramelized sugar stains or yellowing. If at anytime your gown is found to have caramelized stains or yellowing, they will reprocess the gown at no additional cost as long as the box seal is still intact.
Does it Include Accessories?
YES! You can also send along two accessories with your gown to get professionally cleaned and preserved with your gown!
